Warranty Exchange Program
Behringer’s new one-for-one Exchange Program* is limited to participating dealers only. To initiate a warranty claim under the program, simply follow these easy steps:

Take your malfunctioning unit to a BEHRINGER Retailer (please call ahead to verify that your dealer is participating in the Program).

To show that the unit is covered under the warranty, remember to bring your original purchase receipt.

Once the BEHRINGER warranty is validated, you are entitled to a replacement unit.
If it is inconvenient to organise warranty service through a retailer, you may also contact our support staff.
